This is a comprehensive course on contracts and will cover the legal aspects, definitions, and sample language. Because negotiations are important to the final agreement, we will provide some useful guidelines that will improve your chances of success in obtaining the best outcome.

We will provide examples of real anesthesia contracts and evaluate the language and how certain sections could be negotiated.
